What are your working hours?

We accept orders on the website 24/7. Managers process orders and provide consultations from 8:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are days off.

How long does it take to send an order?

We always try to ship orders as quickly as possible so that you can receive your items without unnecessary delays. Usually, we hand over orders to the postal service on the day of payment or within 1–2 business days — this is our standard practice.

We ship orders via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. You can choose the option that is more convenient for you in terms of speed and cost.

Do you make custom orders or print according to personal design?
