1. The certificate is non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Lost certificates cannot be restored.
3. The certificate has a limited validity period (2 months), after the expiration date, the unused certificate will be canceled.
4. If the selected product costs less than the nominal value of the certificate, the remaining amount is not refundable.
5. The difference between the purchase amount and the nominal value of the certificate is paid additionally.
6. The certificate entitles you to choose a product for the specified amount in the online store TM Kolorova once.
7. To use the certificate, you need to provide its unique number when placing an order.
8. The amount of the certificate is discussed individually. You can order a certificate for an amount that is a multiple of 100 UAH and not less than 300 UAH!

Nova Poshta — shipping is possible either with full payment or cash on delivery with partial prepayment (the prepayment amount will be communicated by the manager, it depends on the order amount).

Orders with an amount less than 300 UAH are not sent by cash on delivery.
